️I agree that the teaming is definitely another good way of working, as I have experienced it for many years. It has its advantages and focuses on expertise, and I would be happy to work that way too.
Yet, the trend in companies and startups — as I see it on LinkedIn jobs — seems to be towards UX/UI, or Product Design. If you can’t beat them, join them :) You would be surprised how many companies are looking for designers mostly strong in UX, but with just a pinch of UI capabilities.
